Shift Information:

3rd Shift: 12-hour rotation between Week 1 and Week 2

Week 1: Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun, Week 2: Wed/Thurs/Fri

Every other weekend OFF

Additional Pay Info:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Asset Maintenance Technician to join our team at US Engine Valve. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing machine malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, and completing projects as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems
  2. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
  3. Complete projects as directed, including machine moves, modifications, installations, and material handling
  4. Assist in the training of other maintenance personnel and production associates
  5. Ensure job functions maintain or improve product quality

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school
  • Advanced education (associate degree) in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing setting highly preferred
  • Experience working with electrical systems from 24V DC to 480V AC
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints

Working Conditions:

Must be able to work in a manufacturing setting, standing, bending, stooping, lifting, pulling, and pushing are required

Training and Development:

On-the-job or classroom training, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics, welding, and mechanical
