Responsibilities- Assist registered nurses in direct patient care, including activities of daily living
- Provide patient advocacy and support through role modeling and effective communication
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment on the unit through observation, monitoring, and interaction
- Participate in groups and provide assistance as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a social science or comparable behavioral health experience
- Experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Schedule: 20/40 Part-Time Evenings, Every Other Weekend
