Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to facilitate safe and efficient transportation for our students. This role is crucial in ensuring that our youth have access to necessary resources and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Work Schedule:
The Driver will operate from Wednesday through Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Driver is to ensure safe and effective transportation services for students. Specific duties include:

  • Conducting maintenance and inspections of vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Documenting work status and communicating any issues to supervisors.
  • Providing timely transportation services as required.
  • Maintaining accurate vehicle documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs for vehicles.
  • Exhibiting respect and accountability towards students.
  • Delivering quality services to meet student needs and pursuing continuous improvement.
  • Identifying and resolving issues proactively, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
  • Collaborating with staff across departments to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; advanced degrees are preferred. Previous experience working with youth is advantageous. A valid in-State Driver's License is required, and a CDL is strongly preferred. Physical capabilities include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform various physical tasks as needed.
