Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, variance analysis, and profit margin analysis.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and product cost analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory reconciliations and roll forward.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analysis.
  • A solid understanding of inventory analysis, cost management, cost analysis, and cost control.
  • A strong background in manufacturing cost analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
