This 13-week travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environment, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a talented healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work on a variety of challenging cases, develop your clinical expertise, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
- Develop and implement individualized patient education programs to promote health and wellness
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- RN licensure in the state of California
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an ICU setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
