Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current California RN license.
- At least 5 years of recent experience as an ER nurse.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications.
- NIHSS certification.
