Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in project management, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting for residential remodeling, restoration, and renovation projects.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting client expectations.
