We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
