Salary: $19-$21/hourly based on experience

Job Description:
  • Conduct tours of our communities and show apartments to prospective residents
  • Sell our properties over the phone/internet to convert leads to on-site tours
  • Greet all visitors to the leasing office in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of our properties and the local community
  • Apply product knowledge to residents' needs by effectively communicating features and benefits
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
  • Proficiency in English language, including the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally with others
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid vehicle insurance
