Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to join our team at Prisma Health. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of procedures applying ionizing radiation, ensuring the highest level of patient care and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify patients and procedures, communicate with nursing or physician concerning patient needs, and inform nursing of patients requiring IV sedation or biopsies.
  • Position patients accurately for all CT procedures, ensuring optimal anatomy visibility.
  • Perform procedures correctly using established protocols, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Obtain and prepare necessary supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, maintaining competency in CT scanning and image interpretation.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT certification in CT.
  • Registered and registered in CT with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • CPR certification and SCQRSA License.
  • Excellent customer service skills, basic computer skills, and knowledge of office equipment.
Working Conditions

This is a night shift position at Greenville Memorial Med Campus, working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of patient volume.
