Job Responsibilities

As a Sheeter Operator - 3rd Shift, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality while operating the sheeter machine.

You will follow strict guidelines and protocols to ensure the accurate preparation of tortilla chip products, from setup to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily checks on sheeter machine to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and adjust water temperatures, quantities, and calibration as needed.
  • Ensure proper sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
  • Collaborate with quality control team to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Respond to equipment malfunctions and report issues promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in food manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
