Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Line Technician to join our team at Kendall Auto Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions
- Use independent judgment to make decisions and prioritize tasks
- Document all work and hours per manufacturer and Kendall policies
- Road test vehicles to ensure quality of work and issues resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years previous mechanical or tech experience at a dealership or large independent shop
- ASE certifications preferred
- Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles
- Valid driver license and good driving record
