Bread Baker

We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team in Concord, NH. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality breads and pastries.

This is a full-time position that requires early morning shifts from 2:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. You will work efficiently to prepare and bake our signature items, including bagels, artisan breads, and other baked goods. Ensuring food safety standards are respected at all times is essential to this role.

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries, including bagels, ciabatta, and sourdough.
• Prepare ingredients and mix dough according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Previous experience in food preparation and baking.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to stand and walk for periods of 8+ hours each shift.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
