Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Shift Radiology Technologist ARRT to join our team at Fairview Park Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the RoleThe Radiology Technologist ARRT will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography (CT) scans. You will work closely with our radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiography exams for interpretation by the radiologist
- Maintain and apply current radiography standards and clinical competency
- Apply critical thinking skills to prioritize and problem-solve
- Provide quality patient care, contrast media administration, quality control, patient documentation, and record maintenance
- Continue self-development and participate in performance improvement activities
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate or Vocational School Graduate in Radiography and be certified as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (RT(R)). You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
