We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Clerk to join our team at the Aurora Inn in Nome, AK.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Checking in and out guests, making reservations, and maintaining a clean lobby area.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Utilizing basic computer skills and knowledge of computer systems to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and management.

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will work in a fast-paced office environment with exposure to computer screens and extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.

Reliable transportation to and from work is a necessity, and the ability to obtain access to military installations is required.
