As a Phillips 66 Refining Engineering University New Hire, you will engage in training and development programs that provide a comprehensive framework for early-career engineers at Phillips 66. - Introduction to company protocols, procedures, and technical tools, alongside technical training sessions, participation in technical networks, and hands-on training.
- New hire engineers learn from both internal and external experts and collaborate with seasoned engineers within your division.
- Phillips 66 engineers may commence their careers by contributing in critical areas such as business or economic analysis, control systems, environmental considerations, equipment reliability and maintenance, process design, operations, and/or project management.
- Job assignments may be available in various locations.
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science/Corrosion, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field of study
- Graduation anticipated between December 2024 and Spring/Summer 2025
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to maintain a proper fit for a respirator/face mask (this may include being clean-shaven)
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Previous internship experience with Phillips 66
- Prior internship or co-op experience in a related industry
- Willingness to work in any of our operational locations
- Valid driver's license
