Compensation:
$19.00 per hour
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Valid Level 3 Texas Guard Card is required
- A minimum of 1 year of security experience is mandatory
Core Responsibilities:
The Armed Security Officer is tasked with delivering security services at designated sites, emphasizing access control, including wanding, metal detection, and CCTV surveillance. Key responsibilities encompass monitoring and documenting all activities, conducting foot and vehicular patrols, reporting suspicious behaviors, and drafting detailed incident reports. The officer will also enforce site regulations and respond to emergencies requiring security intervention.
Key Duties Include:
- Executing security protocols as outlined in the Post Order Manual and adhering to company policies.
- Conducting patrols of assigned areas, which may include walking, driving, or operating a golf cart.
- Identifying and reporting potential security threats or unsafe conditions.
- Responding to incidents in accordance with established Post Orders and the company's Use of Force Policy, ensuring timely reporting and notification of relevant parties.
- Providing security and customer service support as directed by supervisors or in response to client requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous military experience or relevant college education in security is preferred.
- Must hold a valid Commission/Armed registration/permit/license as mandated by state law.
- A current state driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary for certain positions.
- Reliable transportation or access to public transport is essential for punctuality.
- Professional demeanor with strong independent judgment and discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, including clients, while demonstrating teamwork.
