Lead Bartender

Cypress & Oak, the restaurant at The Delegate Hotel, is seeking a skilled Lead Bartender to join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional drink service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a strong background in bartending and customer service.

• Provide exceptional drink service, including taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring timely delivery of beverages.
• Train and mentor other bartenders to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings to review service plans and communicate with the team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell drinks and food items to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

• 3+ years of bartending experience, with a strong focus on customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
