Medical Care Specialist

To excel as a Medical Care Specialist at Crawford Country, you must hold national certification and a current license to practice as a PA or NP in the state of Iowa. Additionally, you should have at least one year of experience as a general PA or NP, with urgent care experience being a plus.
Professional Requirements:
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times, complete annual education requirements, and report to work on time and as scheduled. You must also wear identification while on duty and maintain regulatory requirements, including state, federal, and local regulations. Furthermore, you are expected to conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner, comply with all organizational policies, and participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities. Regular attendance at staff meetings and in-services is also required.
