Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Chemist to join our team. As a Food Chemist, you will be responsible for conducting official controls in food monitoring, certifying food based on European and national regulations, and inspecting and evaluating food in businesses and in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Certification and Inspection
  • Certify food products based on European and national regulations
  • Inspect and evaluate food products in businesses and in the office, including risk-oriented sampling
• Monitoring and Compliance
  • Coordinate and conduct monitoring of the production, processing, and marketing of food supplements, cosmetics, consumer goods, and tobacco products
  • Check companies that engage in online trade with these products
• Expert Activities and Regulatory Enforcement
  • Provide expert evaluation for various product groups, such as grains, fats, baked goods, food supplements, beverages, confectionery, infant food, consumer goods, and cosmetics
  • Implement administrative law based on expert opinions and inspection results

Requirements
