Job Description:As an IT Director - Integration Services at Inland Empire Health Plan, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our data integration solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design data integration solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in data warehousing, ETL, and data governance will enable us to deliver high-quality data to our stakeholders, ensuring accurate decision-making and improved patient outcomes.

You will work closely with our development teams to ensure seamless data integration with our applications and systems. Your strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop a team will enable us to build a high-performing team that can tackle complex data integration projects.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement data integration solutions using ETL tools such as SSIS, MuleSoft, and Informatica.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless data integration with our applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data integration processes and procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data integration and architecture.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of experience in data integration, ETL, and database technologies (MS SQL Server, Elasticsearch, Teradata).
• Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing a team.
• Strong knowledge of middleware components like service bus and message brokers (Kafka, ActiveMQ, MSMQ, RabbitMQ).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $74.10 - $98.18 per hour, depending on your experience.
