We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Doane Student Shuttle Driver. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to students, faculty, and staff.

• Operate 12-passenger vans on predetermined routes and schedules
• Provide customer-friendly transportation services to Lincoln area businesses, shopping centers, and other locations
• Communicate effectively with students and provide information and assistance in a caring and tactful manner
• Perform record-keeping tasks related to attendance, schedules, and produce reports
• Ensure vehicles are in a safe working condition prior to each operation and report any issues to the Campus Transportation Office
• Responsible for refueling vehicles, clearing debris, and reporting accidents
• May be asked to drive the shuttle for college functions outside of normal work hours
• Provide prompt pickup and drop-off service and act in accordance with all State of Nebraska driving regulations

• Must be a current Doane University student
• Hold a clear US State driver's license
• Pass a criminal background check
• Demonstrate intercultural competency
• Prior shuttle or passenger van driving experience is preferred but not mandatory
