About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to the development of our unit's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children and their families
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
