Data Center Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join our team at Insight Global. As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our data center infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain data center equipment, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as patching, cabling, and inventory management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with data center equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of data center services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data center procedures and processes.
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
