The Role

You will be responsible for driving team success by amplifying talent and skills, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients. You will focus on developing and retaining top talent, ensuring optimal utilization of headcount, and fostering an environment where the team thrives.

  • Define, track, and report on key metrics that inspire the right behaviors and propel the team's overall performance.
  • Design and continuously improve the payroll onboarding process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Lead discussions on compensation and career growth, contributing to the development and expansion of the department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure they understand their role in the client journey and its impact on the overall experience.

You will analyze and refine team processes regularly, implementing changes that drive increased efficiency. Promote interdepartmental collaboration to support client retention and project management growth opportunities. Identify and secure the necessary resources (Ops, Product, other departments) for the Payroll Implementation team, ensuring collaboration and alignment.

Uphold and protect our company culture, considering how decisions impact policies, practices, team morale, and customer satisfaction. Develop and achieve goals aligned with the company's vision and strategic initiatives.
