Digital Transformation Consultant

Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to lead our PLM implementation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful application of our implementation methodology to deliver high-quality solutions.
About the Role
">- Lead project teams and customers to deliver project goals
- Owning the entire solution delivered to the customer, including work done by other team members
- Coordinate all aspects of technical projects, ensuring Siemens standard methodologies are followed and functional specifications are implemented accurately
- Advise offshore teams on efficient implementation of detailed functional specifications
- Assist the Project Manager with estimates, detailed work breakdown structures, and scope enforcement
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably with a software engineering background
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience may be substituted for industry experience
- Multiple years of designing Teamcenter solutions is helpful
- Experience with other similar products, such as Enovia, ePDM, Windchill, Aras Innovator, or Agile is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills and written and verbal communication skills to present sophisticated issues to multi-level audiences
Compensation and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
