About the Job

Ellicott Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a member of the Centers Health Care consortium, is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our Weekend Warrior Program. This role requires a strong and positive team director who can establish a compassionate environment and provide support to residents and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commit to working every weekend and earn $50 an hour
  • Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
  • Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
  • Ensure safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
  • Promote resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
  • Manage documentation of resident care services


Requirements:
  • Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
