About the Role

As a Field-Based BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the home, school, and community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify the needs of children with autism and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans to address the unique needs of each child.
  • Supervise and train RBTs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality services.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with families and other service providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • BCBA certification in good standing.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a center-based setting.
