About the Role

We are seeking a Toddler Teacher to join our team at Active Learning Centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our toddler program.
  • Provide individualized attention and care to each child, promoting social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and engaging learning experience.
  • Manage the daily routine, including meals, snacks, and cleanliness, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and families through regular updates and progress reports.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 18 years of age and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in early childhood education, preferably in a toddler program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
