As an EAP On-Site Clinician at Acentra Health, your key job responsibilities will be:
  • Providing exceptional and proactive services as a licensed clinician to ensure smooth integration with Acentra Health operations and accounts.
  • Making referrals to treatment services where appropriate, ensuring a satisfactory client experience transitioning from EAP services to treatment services.
  • Complying with all Clinical and Professional protocols, processes, and Acentra Health policies.

Mental Health Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • An active, unrestricted License in an Independent Maryland Counseling field issued by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners and/or Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the EAP/mental health/substance abuse/behavioral health field.
