Position Overview:
Pallotta Ford is on the lookout for a talented and seasoned Auto Body Repair Specialist to enhance our team. This role is a full-time, hourly position within the automotive sector, emphasizing flat rate work.
As an Auto Body Repair Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to restore vehicles to their original condition following accidents, all while thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary for this role ranges from $26 to $29 per
flat rate hour, with biweekly payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality auto body repairs in accordance with factory specifications and dealership standards.
- Identify and resolve intricate mechanical and electronic issues.
- Employ tools and equipment to perform repairs effectively and accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and clients to provide updates and suggestions for additional repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Repair Specialist is preferred.
- Possession of personal tools is required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and mechanical operations.
- Familiarity with various repair techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
