Job Summary:

CVR/Registry Specialist at Balise Auto

The CVR/Registry Specialist works closely with our sales and finance managers to register vehicles and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering vehicles in multiple states.
  • Assisting Finance Managers, customers, sales associates, and service department.
  • Filing and organizing legal paperwork, including titles and registration documents.
  • Double-checking car deals for accuracy and correcting errors.
  • Communicating with insurance agencies to verify documents and timelines.
  • Data Entry.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as required.

Environmental & Physical Requirements:
  • The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
  • The employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
  • This position may require up to 0-5% travel.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License.
