Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and espresso drinks to our customers
  • Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Sweetwaters standards
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our coffee, tea, and other products
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
  • Food service experience preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Previous experience with cash handling and register systems
