Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Blue Nami. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing equipment to ensure sanitary wash cycles.
  • Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to the highest standards.
  • Keep the dishroom and surrounding areas clean and organized, including trash receptacles and dish storage.
  • Assist with food preparation and production as needed, particularly during peak periods.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
  • Monitor and report any mechanical, electrical, or sanitation issues to management.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • No experience necessary, but willingness to train is essential.
  • Excellent critical thinking and time management skills.
  • Ability to operate industrial machinery and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a hot, humid environment and on your feet for 7-8 hour shifts.
