Your primary responsibilities will include washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, and utensils, as well as general cleaning duties and storing food and non-food supplies. You will also be responsible for operating dishwashing equipment, distributing and storing clean items, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. • Store and handle raw or prepared foods and non-food supplies in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and utensils to the highest standards.
• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Distribute and store clean items in a clean and organized manner.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to local health department guidelines and company policies.

**Requirements:**

• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, with regular, predictable, and dependable attendance.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and frequently lift/move 50 pounds.
