About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent to join our team at Nicole Spellman Group. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Our team consistently exceeds six-figure income targets, and we invest in their growth and development through leadership training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new leads and develop business strategies to drive sales growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Gather local market information to advise clients on potential homes
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to understand client needs and preferences
  • Consistently follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • A valid Real Estate License
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Past sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Driven, self-motivated, and eager for professional growth
  • Excellent communication and social skills

Benefits:

Nicole Spellman Group offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. In addition, we provide back-office support, marketing tools, and administrative assistance to help our Sales Agents succeed.
