Key Responsibilities- Communicate with employers to increase enrollment through email, text, and phone calls
- Understand and evaluate complicated employment laws, insurance plans, and state subsidy programs to educate employers and employees
- Ensure all enrollment information is accurate and required documentation is noted and available for the state application
- Assist employees with obtaining, understanding, and completing benefit and enrollment materials by working closely with their employer and/or benefit administrator
