We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare.

Salary: $68,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description:

  • Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of a supervisor and as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations;
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  • Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor;
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care;
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed registered nurse (RN) in the state of practice required;
  • Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification;
  • License in good standing with the state;
  • No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
