We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinarian to join our team at Southside Animal Hospital and Wellness Center in Anchorage, AK.
OverviewNational Veterinary Associates is a leading provider of veterinary care, dedicated to improving the comfort and well-being of patients through progressive and compassionate treatment. As part of our collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced veterinarians and staff to deliver exceptional patient care and client services.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess strong general medicine skills, soft tissue surgery experience, and a passion for orthopedic surgery. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing surgeries, and working closely with our Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and medical treatments to dogs, cats, and ferrets
- Perform soft tissue surgeries and orthopedic procedures as needed
- Work closely with our rehabilitation therapist to develop customized recovery plans
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their understanding and satisfaction with patient care
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000-$140,000 per year, paid monthly, plus a monthly production bonus of up to 21-23% based on revenue produced. Our benefits package includes:
