Healthcare Operations Director

At AnovaWorks PLLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative occupational health care services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Director to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our occupational health nursing program at Hanford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinical staff and operations in conjunction with the Site Occupational Medical Director (SOMD) and the Nursing Director.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure that our occupational health nursing team delivers exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as DOE contract requirements and AAAHC accreditation standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the occupational health nursing team, including providing oversight and guidance to clinical staff.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance programs, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Stay current with occupational health nursing best practices and relevant regulations to maintain organizational compliance.
- Support recruitment and retention efforts for nursing staff, addressing employee relations concerns and completing performance assessments.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years nursing experience required, with a minimum 2+ years of management experience.
- Occupational health nursing, urgent care clinic, or emergency department experience preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Cority preferred).
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000-$115,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending account, 401(k) matching, employee assistance program, life insurance, supplemental insurance, holiday pay, paid time off, and continuing medical education opportunities.
