Simulation Technician

Job Summary:
The Simulation Technician is a key member of the simulation team at St. Luke's University Health Network. This role is responsible for assisting the simulation coordinator and director with maintaining and operating mannequin-based simulators, task trainers, and standardized patient programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain simulation equipment, task trainers, computerized simulators, and virtual reality procedural trainers.
- Conduct post-simulation documentation and archiving activities as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of hardware and software.
- Develop and implement new and innovative ways to maximize efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in simulation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in simulation or education/training.
- Clinical background preferred but not essential.
