KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  5. Accurately process customer transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including payment processing and cash management.
  6. Work alongside the General Manager and team members to cultivate a positive workplace culture, address operational challenges, and meet business goals.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the car wash sector.
  2. Proven leadership and team-building capabilities, with a knack for motivating and empowering team members.

  4. A guest-centric approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and surpassing customer expectations.
