Responsibilities:- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a high standard of care for clients.
- Perform initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and collaborate with them to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Foster a supportive and therapeutic relationship with clients, maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any required paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, agencies, and resources to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Commit to completing all required paperwork for provisional licensure and credentialing in the state of Louisiana within 30-45 days from the date of acceptance.
- Actively participate in supervision sessions, training programs, and other opportunities for professional growth.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Current provisional licensure as a PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, or CSW in the state of Louisiana.
- Experience working with clients of various ages, with a focus on children and adolescents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective telehealth interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Proficient in using telehealth platforms for counseling services.
