Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with associates, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Implement and manage business plans to achieve facility goals, including production, quality, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyze business reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize productivity.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and address associate, customer, and supplier concerns to resolve issues and improve relationships.
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
