About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team at Radiant Innovations. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in the field of welding technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales, consultation, presentation, and instruction of our welding consumables and welding systems to customers.
  • Perform safety inspections, service checks, and repairs for customers.
  • Support our field sales team and manage customer relationships in your area.
  • Participate in training measures and trade fairs to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Reactivate existing customers and acquire new customers through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in metalworking or a comparable qualification.
  • Practical knowledge of common welding processes such as E-, MIG/MAG-, and TIG-welding, including welding certification.
  • Knowledge of current welding standards and industry best practices.
  • Responsible, team-oriented, and communicative personality with a high level of initiative and customer orientation.
  • Flexibility with time and willingness to travel.
  • Driver's license class B.
