Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in the medical practice, as directed by physicians.
  • Assist physicians in the treatment of patients and complete related clinical paperwork.
  • Integrate the Mercy Philosophy into daily work, prioritizing patient care and dignity.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues, demonstrating a caring and professional approach.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Current LPN license in the hiring state, with consideration for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift patients with assistance, as well as push, pull, and grip up to 50 pounds.
