About the Role
This senior-level position includes providing leadership, training, and technical expertise to our project teams. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for performing complex engineering calculations, designing intricate projects, and troubleshooting issues independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive engineering design and analysis for various products and connections.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for technically complicated projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and approve contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Attend project meetings and lead coordination efforts to drive project success.
  • Analyze and resolve design-related problems efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:
