Residential Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Consultant to join our team at AvalonBay Communities. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective residents, while also driving leasing performance through creative campaigns and continuous outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized tours and provide recommendations to prospective residents
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to meet sales goals
• Build strong relationships with residents and colleagues to create a sense of community

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
