- Provide ongoing care and support to patients, including supervision of Rehab Techs as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop plans of care in collaboration with the Physical Therapist.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physical therapy.
- Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
