Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and improve flow.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and running at optimal levels.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to production personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve production-related problems in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, project management, and shop floor manufacturing engineering capacity.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, TPS, and TPM. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Power BI, and DC Torque Tooling.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
